Supporting Our Dairy Farmers 
SAINSBURY’S DAIRY DEVELOPMENT GROUP 
Our Dairy Development group consists of over 260 farmers who we have worked in partnership with since 2007. They supply us with approximately 97% of our “By Sainsbury’s” fresh milk. We work with these farmers to ensure they are paid a fair price and rewarded for higher animal welfare. Here’s what a couple of the group’s farmers have to say:
